Agency outpatient services are available five (5) days a week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm throughout the year. Each location has a twenty-four (24) hour on-call service for patient access during non-business hours.
A written agreement is obtained for services not directly provided by company employees. The written agreement or contract defines the nature and scope of services provided when any home care service offered is not directly provided by the Agency.
